These terms govern your use of datacapitaladvisors.com (the "Site"), operated by SAG Advisors LLC, doing business as Data Capital Advisors ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them.

Information only; no offer

The Site describes data licensing programs offered by third-party licensing partners. Nothing on the Site is an offer, commitment or guarantee of any payment, amount, timeline or transaction. Ranges, estimates and examples, including the results of the estimator, are indicative only and based on information published by licensing partners. Any offer is made only by a licensing partner, in writing, after its own review, and on its own terms.

No professional advice

We are not a law firm, accounting firm, investment adviser or data processor, and nothing on the Site is legal, tax, accounting, privacy or investment advice. Consult your own attorney and CPA before entering into any agreement.

Our role and compensation

We introduce qualifying companies to licensing partners and may help coordinate the process. We do not buy, hold, access or handle company data. We may receive compensation from licensing partners and, under a separate written agreement, from clients. Our compensation is disclosed in writing before you sign any agreement.

Your submissions

You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it. Do not submit company records, files, credentials or sensitive personal information through the Site. Our use of submitted information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
